Do I have to pay anything upfront for residential driveway work?

No. R2 Sealing requires zero deposit on all residential driveway jobs — sealcoating, crack repair, or paving. You pay only after the job is complete and you have inspected and approved the finished result. This is our standard policy for every homeowner job we take on.

How do I know if my driveway needs sealing, crack repair, or full replacement?

A free in-person assessment by Robert is the most accurate way to determine what your driveway needs. Generally: surface oxidation and minor cracks are addressed with sealing and crack filling. Extensive cracking or base failure may require paving. Robert will advise honestly on the most cost-effective approach for your specific driveway during the free estimate visit.

How long will it take from estimate request to completed job?

From the initial estimate request to the completed job, the typical timeline is 5 to 14 business days, depending on scheduling availability and weather. Robert responds to estimate requests the same day. The estimate visit takes 20 to 30 minutes. Sealing jobs typically take 1 to 3 hours on site. Cure time after sealing is 24 to 48 hours.

Will R2 Sealing damage my landscaping or adjacent surfaces?

R2 Sealing applies sealer carefully at driveway edges using hand brush technique around borders, Belgium block, planting beds, and garage aprons. We take standard precautions to protect adjacent surfaces.
